The book Total Fitness was written by the doctor who kept the astronauts healthy in space and explains in detail why the heart is the best and easiest way for regular folks to monitor their fitness level. In addition you will have a tool that shows you why you hit a plateau and can’t seem to lose those last few pounds or reach that next lower dress size.
One thing that we all have learned is that cooking food destroys the nutrients. So then why do we all cook our food? Yes, I promote a raw food diet and yes, I love smoothies.
We also eat way to much meat, cheese and animal products in general. I have heard many good jokes over the years about vegetarians but it is turning out that they were right after all.
